How much investment is required for a Chapter Café?
The initial investment for a Chapter Café depends on the final floor area and location of the store. The investment ranges from Php5,000,000.0
(Five million Philippine pesos) to Php18,000,000.00 (Eighteen million Philippine pesos).
What is the required floor area?
The floor area requirement is from 30sqm to 250sqm. Depending on the location, it can be a kiosk or an independent store.
Does Chapter Coffee provide financing for the franchise?
No, Chapter Coffee does not offer financing.
What is included in the investment?
The investment includes construction, bar and kitchen equipment, furniture and fixtures, and pre-opening supplies.
Can I apply for a franchise even if I do not have a site?
Yes, you may apply for a franchise. However, only franchisees with site locations will be processed first. Chapter Coffee will include you on the list of franchise applicants without an approved location. We shall contact you as soon as we find you a suitable location for the café.
Can a corporation apply for a franchise?
We provide the franchise award to an individual, and after approval, he/she may opt to form a corporation where he/she is the prominent owner.
How much is the return on investment?
The return on investment differs from branch to branch and individual. It depends on how the individual handles the operating expense and how
strong the sales and targets are achieved.
How long is the training program?
The full training program will last for a total of 2 weeks. This includes store handling, bar and kitchen operations, sanitation and hazards analysis, determining cost, etc.
Who will provide the manpower to operate the café?
The franchisee shall provide all the manpower requirement to operate the store. It will be the function of Chapter Coffee to train all the staff
and make sure they are knowledgeable before opening the store.
